Excellent service from Thuli (Discovery Insure)

I have to commend Nokuthula Mkhwa**** for her awesome service delivery on Wednesday, 25 July. I had an issue with plumbing and was in a panic as I had no idea what to do. She made me laugh and not feel like an idiot, putting me at ease and quickly assigning the callout to the agency. When she called later to check on the status, and I told her that the plumbers were not able to assist me that afternoon, she proceeded to ensure that the plumbers would fix it before 6pm that evening. It was truly amazing service and I have no words to describe how fantastic she was. If only all insurance assistance agents were as fantastic as you? I have no regrets switching to Discovery Insure.
