Excellent Service from Theo Mokhine
The service that I received from Theo Mokhine was incredible. Even though I was upset and unimpressed with the service from the previous agent he called me and fixed my problems quickly and efficiently. He was very polite over the phone and made me feel comfortable by engaging with me on a personal level. I am very pleased with the outcome
