Excellent Service From Tarryn Marais, Claim Dept, Sandton

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to express my gratitude to Discovery Insurance for the excellent service I received from 1 of their employees, Tarryn Marais, Claims Dept, Sandton.</p> <p>We were awaiting feedback for a claim and had troubles with receiving documents via email. The administrator that handled the claim was always busy and her emails never came through to us. Tarryn went and send the documents from her mail aswell as her personal email account. After a few seconds, the mails came through and she was on the phone the whole time making sure I got my documents. I signed and send it back and again in a few minutes, we received a mail from her that the claim was processed/finalised, payment will be made in a few days. </p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery Insure, Sandton, you should really look after a employee like this, she is a real asset to your company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>René</p> <p> </p>
