Excellent service from Rekha JackDave

After a weeks battle of no communication I kept making via calls and email, I'm pleased that today I got assisted by a wonderful and friendly lady named Rekha JackDave.

I was beyond annoyed with the lack of communication and service I have been experiencing and had already made up my mind to terminate both household and car insurance covers.

I'm not one that gets easily softened, especially when I've received bad service, but this amazing lady won me over after more that 15mins on the call.

I wish management could recognise what an asset they have in Rekha and could train or hire more Rekha's in that department cause she's a rose amongst thorns
