Excellent Service from Peter Rankhathali

Insurance Claims hardly rate high on the "pleasant experience" list but having the sunshine personality of Peter Rankhathali on the other side of the 'phone is an absolutely treat. A consummate professional who delivers on time, every time, he is imbued with a fantastic personality and goes way beyond the call of duty. This is the second time I have dealt with Peter and frankly, if I ever have another claim, I will write directly to Peter and ask him to call me. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. He has incredible humour and is as sharp as a razorblade. Love Peter!
