Excellent service from one person that made me think twice off canceling my policy .

Today I was pleasantly surprised with first class service from a young man in customers service .

He was so polite and respectful and he listened to my needs and understood exactly what I requested .

I am had three previous calls and the all three calls ended in a disaster and stressful .

The individual was not interest in what I expected they just wanted to get me off the phone .
