Exceptional service from the Claims Department by Ntekane Moeng. All my questions were answered professionally. She wasn’t robotic like most client services I’ve received, she was excellent and very empathetic towards my Smash and Grab incident.

She made sure that all the third parties involved contacted me after their turnaround time was not met and kept in contact with me.

Excellent service from her and would like to request her every single time, God forbid, I’m in the the same situation.
