Excellent service from Muziwakhe
I have not claimed on my insurance for years so was expecting a long and tedious exercise when I had to replace my daughter's phone. What a pleasant surprise! I received exceptional service from Muziwakhe Nxele who was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He followed up on a number of occasions to see that my claim had been processed. The whole experience from claiming to new phone delivery only took 48 hours. Thanks Discovery Insure!
