EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MOSES MALINGA

After a horrible service last night from the Road Side Assistance team at Discovery (which I am still going to write a review about), Moses Malinga was a breath of fresh air this morning. I needed assistance with towing my vehicle to a tyre service center and Moses went out of his way to ensure I was speedily assisted, from organising a reliable towing service to following up on whether I was being assisted. So professional, so efficient, if all call center agents were like him, dealing with them would not be such a dreadful experience.
