Excellent Service from Martha Manabalala

Martha Manabalala was allocated to my claim that I made online late on friday 29th Dec. She phoned me back early on the saturday 30th Dec. I was unfortunately out with family and asked her to call me back later in the morning at a specific time. She phoned back at that time. When she phoned back the claim was settled completely and she was able to provide me with all the information I needed to replace my appliances damaged by lightning. Martha was very efficient and our interaction was first class - thank you.
