Excellent Service from Dudu Mkhize - Discovery Ins

My premiums for the past two month were incorrect. Once I noticed the mistake, Discovery was overcharging me, I contacted them and I spoke to a lady called Dudu. She took it upon herself to investigate what happened and promised to get back to me in 48hrs. She called me after C.o.B yesterday to let me know that they will rectify their mistake. I am happy to say they have rectified the mistake.<br> <br> What impressed me is the service I got from this lady, Dudu, she kept me up to date about my case. Informing at every decision point and taking time to explain to me when I don't understand. I say to her keep it up, you are doing a stunning job.
