Excellent service from Discovery Insure's Shamanie Naidoo
I'd like to commend Shamanie Naidoo from the Discovery Insure Retention's department for her excellent service. I called in to cancel my policy and she managed to retain my insurance cover, reduce my monthly vehicle premium, assisted me with taking out household content cover, She truly went out of her way to ensure that she retained my business. Five Star treatment, we need more people like Shamanie in the service industry. Salute!
