Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Towing) My car broke down en route and I was stranded on the side of the road. I got through to Sbu Kolondiya who very kindly helped me through the process of accessing my location and a tow truck arrived within half an hour to tow the car home for me - approximately 50km on the R72.
