Excellent service from Discovery Insure client services

During the week, when I was fetching my child from school, my car would not start. I guessed it was the battery that died on me and phoned my insurance Discovery Insure and was assisted by Christo Smit.

He was very friendly and helpful and explained the process clearly. He then contacted their supplier and phoned me back immediately informing me who was on the way. Their supplier arrived about 20-30 minutes later and the car was started. Christo phoned me afterwards and asked if my problem was sorted and if I needed any further assistance.

In a country where we have almost gotten used to average and bad service, it is quite heartwarming to still find people that is willing to go the extra mile.
