After suffering the hair-raising experience of having two blowouts that left me stranded in the Karoo, I was extremely grateful and relieved to be able to make contact with Discovery Insure through the efficiency of my brokers, Healthcare Solutions. The consultant, Thabiso Molepo, went out of his way to find a solution that served my needs in the best possible way, sourcing tyres in De Aar and a tow-truck service provider in Richmond to fetch and deliver me to De Aae Bande. Thapiso kept me informed throughout the process of developments, and checked that I was safely on my way to de Aar. His service was friendly and professional and was an absolute credit to Discovery Insure. The tow truck provider, Tommie, waited at the tyre company until I was ready to resume my journey, and De Aar Bande provided an excellent service.
