Excellent service from Discovery insure

On Thursday last week, I turned on the shower, NO hot water on a cold winter's morning. Phoned my insurance company, Discovery Insure. The call centre agent put me through to personally speak to their emergency plumbers. We arranged for someone to be at home at 1 pm to meet their plumber, and he was knowledgable enough to fix us up immediately. I need to add that we live in Hartbee****rt where service providers are very scarce on such short notice. I was so thankfull for their expertise and prompt help.
