Excellent Service from Discovery Insure!

All businesses depend on their employees to deliver, at the very least, good service in order to contribute to the success of that business. As customers, we expect this as a minimum. Once in a while, though, we experience excellent service from a company - one such company, for me personally, being Discovery Insure.

I have had reason to deal with Discovery Insure on a vehicle accident related matter on 28-Mar-2019. The representative who handled our issue is a lady by the name of Natasja Badenhorst (Acting Team leader-Broker Generalist Claims). The level of service that we received from Natasja and, therefore, Discovery Insure, is nothing short of fantastic. Natasja's obvious knowledge of the industry in which she works, her constant courteous and professional telephone manner and her concern for keeping her customers fully updated on progress with their claim dictates that she deserves "full marks", and more, for doing such a fantastic job.
