Excellent service from Discovery Insure 24 Alarm response/Road assist

I had an incident while driving back from church after dark on a Sunday evening. It ended with me an my two daughters stranded on the corner of Nelmapius and Olievenhoutbosch drive. I received the call from Discovery Insure 24 alarm response/road assist within a few minutes where Nichal Hemraj assisted me. He enquired about the nature of the incident and whether we needed assistance. He organized Sitamove to get the car, confirmed the place where my car will be assessed and confirmed that Avis will contact me for a rental vehicle the following day. He even enquired whether we needed someone to take us home. The instructions were clear and I knew exactly what to expect. I received the first call at 19:29 and I was back at home in less than an hour. I was surprised to receive another call at 20:31 from Nichal to ensure that we were safe at home. This was excellent service! Very pleased.
