Excellent service from Discovery Insure

I joined Discovery Insure in May 2024 and was sadly involved in a car accident in September 2024. Discovery Insure through their tracker were alerted that there was a collision and called immediately to check if I am okay, is the car drivable, do I need any help, etc. luckily, it was just a bumper dent, I was okay and the car was drivable. That was great to know that Discovery Insure have my back.

By the following day, Monday, I had Sandidiwe from Discovery Insure calling and registering the claim. She held my hand, was professional, supportive, sending all information to me, arranged the car to be assessed by an authorized panel beater. The claim was approved without any hassle from my side.

I would like to commend the service from Discovery Insure and Sandisiwe from the claims department. They made the experience bearable and made me feel valued as a client. Keep up the good work.
