Excellent service from discovery ensure

I had a Car mechanical breakdown In the early hours in December and I contacted discovery ensure to assist me with tow services. I was really impressed with their response time on the phone. I got assisted by Sbu Kolondiya who was highly professional and showed empathy, he over and above went out of his way to ensure that I received assistance from the tow company, he had already knocked off from work but stayed on longer after his shift to ensure that the tow company had arrived and had assisted me. I really appreciated the humanity he showed with my case. I would recommend the discovery ensure services as they are very client centric.
