Excellent Service from Claims Consultant

<p>Keith assisted us with our claim, he was always courteous, professional, prompt with responses and kindly helpful. Definitely an asset to Discovery. </p> <p> </p> <p>As it goes with insurance, many things are not always specified and due to a clause that was not included in our insurance policy, we took a big loss when a laptop bag and important contents was lifted out of our car recently. These items will not be refunded as it is not deemed covered. It is unfortunate that the accidental loss option was not clarified or offered initially as this will be an expensive endeavour to replace said items and leaves a bad taste.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keith handled the breaking of the bad news very calmly, and has clear compassion for his clients as fellow human beings.
