Excellent Service from Claims Administrator (Awelani)

I have just had the pleasure of dealing with a Claims Administrator (Awelani) who was most helpful. The experience of submitting a claim and being assisted through the process was nothing that I expected. The Administrator was helpful, understood my frustration, was able to answer all my questions and before I had finished the conversation on the phone, I had already received all the promised documentation via email. Nothing short of brilliant in this day and age of call centers and automated systems that leave a person frustrated. Awelani - thank you for your wonderful assistance. A problem for me was made simple and I am a very satisfied customer.
