Excellent service from Call Centre and Towing Company

My car broke down on the N1 in Jhb during peak hour traffic. Meshen Chetty at Discovery took my call when I called in. He was friendly, calm and helpful. He arranged for the Tow truck to pick up my car, kept me informed of the timing for the arrival of the truck and phoned me while I was waiting to make sure I was still safe. Both Meshen and Optimum Towing, the towing company employees were very helpful and reassuring during a stressful period.
