Excellent service from Busisiwe Taliwe, claims, Discovery insure

Friday 25th October 2019, I noticed excessive water coming out of my geyser overflow pipe. I suspected a burst geyser, therefore immediately contacted Discovery Insure to log a claim. Within 10 mins from my call the allocated service provider from Discovery insure contacted me for an appointment the same afternoon. They were on time and after inspecting my geyser they confirmed that is was indeed a burst geyser. Since there was a risk of damage to my ceiling, they did an emergency geyser replacement.
