Excellent Service from Bianca Petersen

We had a rough time since March. Ended up having 3 successive claims. The third claim was dealt with Bianca Petersen.

She is a breath of fresh air in the insurance industry. She listened carefully and addressed all my queries. She was also showed a great deal of empathy and provided words of encouragement. This is clearly going beyond the call centre script and is welcome.
