Excellent service for cellphone claim

I want to mention how great Kevin has been. My husband dropped his cell phone last weekend and we processed a claim on Tuesday. The phone was collected to be assessed the same day and yesterday we were advised it was beyond repair and would be replaced. Kevin has answered all my queries and questions and also organised for the sim card to be returned to us. He is polite and efficient. This process could be so annoying and aggravating but Kevin has made it an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!
