Excellent service for ****** Cell phone claim

My wife's cell phone was ****** in Mexico whilst we were there for 2 months. We logged the claim immediately and received email confirmation that the office would respond within 72hours which unfortunately never happened after several emails but possibly due to international communication problems. However, once back in South Africa we contacted Discovery again and Gugulethu Sikhosana very promptly and professionally handled the matter and within a week or so our claim was accepted and we were reimbursed for the loss.
