Excellent service
My interaction with Shafick was nothing short of WOW! he did his best to retain me as a customer and followed through on every commitment he made to me on the phone. It is unfortunate that I was offered a better rate by another insurer and did not stay with Discovery. Shafick is a real asset to his organization.
