Excellent Service
I would like to thank Romeo for his excellent service. He affected the changes to my policy correctly. There was a query on my policy which he informed me would take between 3 - 5 working days to be resolved. However, bright and early the next morning I got a call from him telling me that the query was resolved. In this instance I thank him and the department that handled the query for their prompt service.
