Excellent Service: Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance
After experiencing dismal customer service from various company call centres, this excellent service received from Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance was refreshing. A special thanks to Florence Lebo Kitime who was friendly, proactive and efficient. Lebo very quickly handled the necessary arrangement, called me back within a few minutes to confirm the arrangements. Within 40 mins of my call, help arrived. Lebo followed up again with me thereafter to ensure that everything was good and well. Thanks Lebo. You're a superstar.
