Excellent service Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance

I would just like to thank Discovery Insure for the brilliant work they did and especially Paulus Furstenburg from Discovery Roadside Assistance. My son was armed ****** and highjacked yesterday afternoon and within an hour and a half they recovered the vehicle. Through all this Paulus regularly phoned us and kept us up to date on what was happening showing concern for us and the situation we were in. Once they had recovered the vehicle Paulus took us through step by step as to what we should then do. It is so refreshing to find someone like Paulus Furstenburg who through his concern and excellent service made such a traumatic experience less traumatic. I really commend him and his team for the brilliant work they did.
