Excellent Service - Discover Insure24 Road Assist (William Machitiso)

I got a mechanical breakdown at the Mall and I called Discovery Insure (Emergency help line) and I was helped by a gentleman called William Machitiso. What an excellent service I received from him, quick response, towing company arrived within 15 minutes and he kept on calling me to check up if I am fine and even after the towing company assisted me, he called me to see that I arrived safe at work and if everything is fine with the help I got from the towing company. Thanks a lot William Machitiso and Discovery Insure. I must say this is the best insurance company by far, this is my second encounter with them even the first time my car was on an accident they helped me without any hustling.
