Excellent service

So today (28.07.20) I called Discovey insurance to cancel my comprehensive insurance due to receiving a better Quotation with another insurance company (potential to save roughly R600 monthly on premiums ) . I spoke with the agent by the name of Kirk De Sai from retentions department. I would like to take this opportunity to rate the service I received from him. I am from a client - service environment and I know/recognise an excellent service when I see one. His service was superb. He was friendly yet professional., kept me engaged throughout. He made me rethink my decision about cancelling my policy . He is definitely an asset to the company and the reason why I would definately reconsider coming back to discovery in the future ( under different economic circumstances).
