Excellent service by Willie Scholtz

My motor vehicle's battery was flat on Saturday, 2021/04/24. I phoned Discovery Insure and was assisted by Willie Scholtz in a very professional manner. Within minutes my query was addressed and I was informed that the AA will come and assist me by jump starting my vehicle within the next 45 minutes. Not only was this the case, the AA was also able to replace my battery (not paid for by Discovery Insure) on the spot. After about an hour, I received a follow up call from Willie.
