Excellent Service by Tshepho Mashala

I would like to compliment Tshepho Mashala from Discovery Insure for his quick, efficient and friendly service.

With all the heavy rainfall in the past few days, my ceiling started leaking out of a downlighter on Sunday around lunchtime. I sent a call me back on the Discovery app and was promptly called back by Tshepo only a few minutes later. We chatted about my issue and he assured me that someone would be sent out on Monday as the leak had subsided to a drip and I was satisfied with that. About half an hour later, Tshepo called back to say that he'd send an assessor out so that the process would not be delayed, and one came out about an hour later.

This is my first time that I am claiming on my home insurance with Discovery and after many horror stories I've heard about other insurance companies, I'm only too happy that I decided to take my home and car insurance with Discovery Insure.
