Excellent service by Shafick Allow, best person I've ever spoken to at discovery

I just called and spoke to Shafick Allow to cancel my cover. Whilst I'm unhappy about a number of things with discovery, Shafick took the time to listen to me and tried to show me options of what is possible to give me relief.

If he was the owner of the company, I was going to not hesitate to leave my cover with him. He has also committed to following up with me before my cover is finally cancelled, something unusual in the cut throat insurance business
