Excellent service by Mr Simon Ngoepe

Today at about 7h45 on my way to work i ran out of fuel and the only option i had was to call my insurance. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Simon Ngoepe who showed empathy when i told him my dilemma. What a gentleman with excellent telephone ettiquette. He did everything to assist me seeing that i was on my way to work and within 30 minutes i received assistance. Amazingly he checked on me if i got assistance. What a wonderful excellent service from the young gentleman. Thank you so much Mr Simon Ngoepe you save and made my day. As someone who works with clients myself you have made me proud knowing that we have people like youwho understands customer service and thank you for putting your clients needs first. Discovery should be also proud to have someone like you as their employee. Continue giving excellent service and professional ethics you displayed to me this morning. I made it through on time for my training session and i owe that to you. YMr Simon Ngoepe you deserve a rating of 10 out of 10.
