Excellent service by Mr Jolandran Govender-Discovery Insure

I've been very disgruntled with the service and customer care of Discovery Insure this year, until today when I got to speak to one of their consultants Mr Jolandran Govender. He actually made my day as he was very patient, cordial and knowledgeable about the Discovery Insure products and was a pleasant person to talk to overall. I truly felt like a valued customer.
