Excellent service by Moses Malinga

Moses Malinga assisted me with getting a tow truck to help me get my vehicle to the dealership. The service rendered was excellent. Moses continuously kept me updated about the status of the tow truck, and followed up throughout the entire process. He even helped me establish one of the errors that was made by one of the service providers, and followed up with them. All this happened while being friendly throughout. I have engaged with a number of consultants at Discovery Insure, and they can learn a thing or two from the way Moses engages with clients. Keep up the excellent work!
