Excellent Service by Hlengiwe Mbokazi

I have commend Hlengiwe Mbokazi on the excellent service she provided. She was extremely helpful, professional and empathetic in resolving a query I had. I kept her on a 4 way phone call for almost an hour with the dealership and my partner. And for the entire time she made me feel heard and seen, kept the same demeanor the entire time and even cracking jokes to lighten the mood which I appreciated. She's a keeper and an asset to Discovery!!!
