<p>Today 28, July 2016 I wanted to cancel my policy. Phoned in early this morning and spoke to a very arrogant male consultant that told me I must do what I must do. Phoned in this afternoon spoke to a lady and she basically told me the same thing just in a much nicer way. Then I asked her to put me through to the cancellations department and thank goodness I was helped by a angel called Happiness Simelane. She sorted me out in 2 ticks and retained her client.
