EXCELLENT SERVICE BY DISCOVERY INSURE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

On 21 July 2020 again I was given excellent service by Willie Scholtz. I called for Roadside Assistance again. Willie arranged this. The service provider was at my premises within the estimated time. However they could not assist me, as the equipment did not work.

Willie called me later to check up. He said he was informed the service provider was not able to assist. He then inquired whether he could arrange a tow truck to move my car to the Battery Centre as it appears that the battery needed replacing.

This was promptly arranged. The service provider was careful to load and transport my car to Battery Centre and unloaded the car there.

Once again Discovery Insure delivered an excellent service!!
