Excellent service by Discovery Insure Legal department

From the fist encounter with Heleen Engelbrecht at the legal department of Discovery Insure I had a sense of ease. She kept me up to date on a daily basis as to her dealings with the guilty, uninsured party. I was in constant contact with her and she has just notified me that the guilty party has paid which means my excess has been waived.

She remained very dilligent and I had the sense that she really cared for me as a customer.
