Excellent service by discovery consultant

I am currently insured my vehicle together with home content with Discovery. A number of insurance companies have been approaching me with a lower premium where I could have save about R500.00. Honestly I do not have reason for leaving Discovery and join other insurer and I happy with their services and the policy package. I then speak to a consultant by the name of Patricia Lekalala and explained to her about the offer I am getting from the other insurers. Patricia manage to get me a lower discount on my premium. Even though I am not she lowered my premium but did not beat the premium that other insurers are giving, I am happy with the package she gave me.

Patricia's service is excellent. She is very helpful, polite and knows how to enlighten the customer/ client. I therefore can say she knows what she is doing/ saying.
