EXCELLENT SERVICE BY ADI MUDAU ON THE MOTOR TOTAL LOSS DEPARTMENT

This is to say thank you for such an excellent service from Adi Mudau.

But first I would like to mention that I was no happy with the people that I spoke with before the matter was handed over to Adi.

1. The matter was assigned to Yajna Jugdeo, who was not at work for a WEEK. That meant that I had to call in EVERYDAY to check if what was happening, in the process no one cared to advise me about the courtesy car. I spoke To he manager, when I asked her about the courtesy car, she promised me that she was going to do the uber voucher thing, which she did not I had to call again the following week, only then it was processed.

I am only staying with discovery insure because of Adi! From the time the matter was then given to her everything went smooth.

To Adi, thank you for the dedication that you have for your work, may you always know that in whatever number of employees that discovery insure has, you are in the top 2 if not number 1 of their best employees. You are doing a very good job for discovery.
