EXCELLENT SERVICE BEYOND MY EXPECTANCE

My vehicle broke down Monday 2/9/2019 around 7h30. I called up my insurance to arrange to a towing. The consultant I dealt with - Brian Mate assisted me professionally and with so much care. The excellent DQ Track in my car, Brian could locate my exact location before i could give him my destination. Enquired if i was safe and if i needed someone to be with me - advised i was good. Each step of him arranging the tow truck, Brian kept in contact with them continuously until i reach my destination at the mechanic in Springs. When i got upset from my frustration of been stranded, Brian kept me calm to a point that i felt at ease that I was going to be ok and get home safely.

Thank you Brian for your great service, friendly nature - you sure made my break down experience one calm and less stressful. Been stranded 1hr from home, i panicked but you kept me calm and delivered only but the best service. So glad i made the call to change to Discovery back when i did. I know if i ever need them in the future, you guys will have my back
