Excellent service and support

I was in a motor vehicle accident yesterday, which is obviously always a devastating experience. But, the service and caring support I received from Fezzy Ndumela assisted me greatly as I was in disbelief at what had just happened and had no idea where to start! She remained in contact with me to make sure I was assisted on-site with towing of the vehicle and advising what information I needed to obtain from the other driver. Fezzy made a follow-up call a bit later to check on me and assist with rental car arrangements. As she promised I was called first thing this morning to finalise the arrangements. Very happy with the service we received and very glad we are with Discovery Insure! Thanks Fezzy you are a gem!
