Excellent service and response time

Very professional, efficient, and empathetic service from Thabo Mokoena and Othembela Kebe yesterday, after my car had mechanical failure. Thabo was helpful and swiftly organised roadside assistance for me, following up to give me updates and check whether the assist vehicle had arrived. I was back on the road within 45 mins of reporting the incident. Othembela was kind enough to check up on whether I had safely arrived at my destination, and whether everything was okay, before closing the case. I highly appreciate the efficient and hassle-free service, and the professional, yet approachable, manner from the Discovery Insure team.
