Excellent service and kept me well informed on progress
Thank you to the discovery consultant Mr Simon Ngoepe who helped me this morning when I had a car problem. Simon was excellent in the way he assisted me and calmed me down. Gave me perfect information to the point and said everything will be handled from his side. he followed up 4 times with me and on the last call had me on the line as he shook up the service provider, as his client was just waiting. I felt appreciated and can say he went the extra mile for service excellence. For this service I prefer to deal with discovery as my insurer of choice. Thank you Simon Ngoepe.
