Excellent service and great knowledge of product

I called Discovery Insure after my husband received a very high quote for an item. I also noticed that my cellphone that I claimed fro a few months back was still listed in my plan and that I had been paying for the insurance on it for months. I was assisted very kindly by Gustav who was extremely friendly, helpful, understanding and patient. He had very good knowledge of his area and product and knew exactly what to do to solve my problem. Even with a system taking a bit long and having to get approval from supervisors etc. he constantly apologized for the time it was taking and he got back to me every few minutes to let me know what was happening. He also offered to call me back when it was taking too long. He gave me a good quote for my new item/s and gave me advise. I was extremely please by the service I received from Gustav. Thanks a lot!
